About the comedians:

Nathan Wright (GA) @itsnateballyall: 

Nathan Wright started his comedic journey as a freshman at the University of Georgia becoming a regular cast member of the wildly popular Athens own sketch comedy show The Damn! Show. Playing characters such as Jack Osborne, Boss Hog, The Mad Cow, the perfect male specimen Stanké and several more skits along the way. The Damn! Show was featured across college campuses in the SEC and performed multiple tours across the country. It’s also been featured on The Howard Stern show and a best seller online.

From there Nathan started his acting career and was cast in his first movie role in Dumber and Dumberer. He’s had notable parts such as Rule #1 in Zombieland, Trouble with the Curve and Almost Vegas along with other television spots and national commercials. 

Lanny Farmer (GA) @lannyfarmercomedy:

Lanny is one of the best known Athens comedians and a staple in the scene.  He performs regularly in Athens and at Atlanta comedy venues including the Laughing Skull Lounge and the Punchline.  He has featured for Patton Oswalt, Dom Irrera, Sasheer Zamata (SNL) and Caleb Synan.

In 2023, he was a featured comedian at the Asheville Comedy Festival, The North Carolina Comedy Festival, The Blue Ridge Comedy Festival, and the Lookout Comedy Festival.

Elija Cantu is a young up and coming comedian from Panama City, FL who has spent the last year carving out a space for himself in the world of standup comedy.  His use of one liners and everyday experiences help deliver punchlines that resonate with a wide range of audiences.  He also loves strawberry milk.  Can someone please get this young man a strawberry milk?

Daisy Tackett (FL) @fatstevebuscemi:

Daisy is a comedian, sturdy broad, and Florida Woman hailing from Jacksonville.  She is the four-time winner of Best Comedian in Jacksonville, who explores feminism, body image, dating, and politics through a dark comedic lens.  She has performed at Gotham, St. Mark’s, and Greenwich Village Comedy Clubs in NYC, Zanies in Nashville, TN, Sing Out Loud Festival in St. Augustine, FL, and the Comedy Zone in Jacksonville.

Owen Hunt (host) @bootsygreenwood:

Owen is a Producer, Comedian and Coach from Athens, GA - he is the host of the Blue Collar Mystics podcast and promotes comedy shows across the southeast.  He has produced comedy shows and movies for Netflix, MGM, TBS and Tubi.  Owen has performed at comedy clubs across the country and spent time at sea hosting events on cruise ships with the Impractical Jokers, Jim Breuer, Chris Distefano, Gene Simmons, Peter Gabriel and dozens of other household names.
